We’re celebrating!

Life Coaching Insights just won an award. Feedspot adjudged us to be one of the top 100 life coach related blogs internationally (you can click on the award to read more).

In fact, we cracked their top 20, being placed 18th – a great honour indeed.

One of the main criteria for this award was quality and consistency of the content posted.

That got me thinking …

“Men are rich only as they give. He who gives great service gets great rewards.”

– Elbert Hubbard

Inspiration and enthusiasm

Life coaching Insights has been around in various guises since 2007 – going on for ten years now. New posts are invariably published weekly except when there are public holidays or the much needed annual break.

I regularly get asked where I find the inspiration and enthusiasm to keep coming up with new material for the Blog.

The truth is that I find the subject of human motivation endlessly fascinating. There are so many perspectives and angles from which to approach it.

But more important are the rich rewards that come from offering readers new insights about life and living 🙂

Before you jump to conclusions, I’m not talking primarily about monetary rewards.

Yes, the Blog plays an important role in supporting the New Insights coach training business. It helps our graduate and trainee coaches better understand, integrate and appreciate their skills training material and it helps us to keep a certain presence in the minds of those individuals who share an interest in becoming life coaches.

An important channel

But in and of its own the Blog is no money spinner. It is, however an important channel to help New Insights deliver on its mission of bringing personal freedom, self confidence and growth to people from all walks of life.

Nothing in life compares

Believe me that nothing in life compares to the reward that comes from helping other people go from being unsure, confused or frustrated to mentally liberated, self-confident and goal directed individuals.

If you’re at all sceptical, just ask one of our trained life coaches what gets them up in the morning.

Although there are many with full practices who rightfully enjoy the money that comes with what they do, most will tell you that it is the feeling they get when they see their clients grow and blossom into healthier, happier, more vibrant people, that really does it for them.

Reinvigorated

Likewise, when I scroll back through the many wonderful comments that people leave on this Blog, not to mention the countless emails I get from those who benefit from these posts, I feel reinvigorated and excited to start on the next one.

A happy industry

As I have written before, this is, unlike so many others, a happy industry to work in!

Unethical selling, corrupt practices, poor customer service, shoddy products, the practice of over promising and under delivering, dodgy employment practices and unhealthy working hours are not things that are generally associated with our industry. They have no place in the business of helping people grow and develop.

There are, of course, always those whose intentions are less than authentic but thankfully they tend to get found out and exposed pretty quickly.

The great majority of people who work in this industry do so because it makes them happy! They love the freedom and flexibility it offers and the fact that they can make an honest living from doing good for others and the world at large.

Isn’t that exactly what you should expect from a great career ?

Perhaps it’s time?

Perhaps you feel it is time to start making a living from helping others to live their lives to the full and start reaping the rich rewards from a career that never stops giving back?

If so, New Insights would love to welcome you to our family of trainee and graduate coaches.

It matters not where you live. We have operations in the UK and South Africa with trainee coaches dotted all over the world.

Our training is unique in that it is home– (or self–) study based, comprehensive, thorough, internationally accredited and inclusive of access to a tried and trusted life coaching system for you to practice with and ‘hit the ground running’ once you gain certification.

Rich rewards await 🙂

Though I am yet to really start, I know this is the direction for me as giving is the reflection of how you wish to be acknowledged. To unlock someone’s true potential is surely the greatest reward, for without a dream who are we.

Yay!! Congratulations Bill! That’s fantastic news! And you’ve articulated exactly the reasons why I am training to be a New Insights Coach; that feeling you get when you know you’ve mentally liberated a client (or practice client in my case) is amazing!
